The Missing Ingredient, Part 2

Last time, I wrote about that *one* missing ingredient in just about all fat loss programs – even kettlebell fat loss programs and workouts.

Sure, watching what eat – or nutrition – helps.

And of course the right kettlebell workouts to support and drive your fat loss goals help too.

And even having accountability – a structured program to follow like Kettlebell Burn or a workout partner will definitely help.

But none of those things will ensure your success.

What do you think it is?

I’ll give you some clues -

  • It’s something you’ve used to achieve all the other goals in your life.
  • It’s something that can either doom you to failure or make your success certain.
  • It’s something you take with you every day.
  • It’s something you can either “turn off” or “focus.”

Know what it is yet?

It’s your mind!

The Missing Ingredient

I’ve been training people to transform their bodies for a long, long time now.

And there’s one thing very few people seem to take into consideration.

They are willing to starve themselves or workout an hour a day, every day, and some may get some results.

But very few of them are long term. They inevitably return to a previous incarnation of themselves.

I know that by focusing on this *one* particular aspect, I have been able to achieve 98% of my life’s goals so far. (The rest are a work in progress!)

Think about what might be missing in your kettlebell workout and we’ll talk more about it next time
